I was impressed favorably in every way. The facility was clean and bright. The restroom is in the back hallway along with the water fountain w/paper cups. The front desk clerk always greeted and acknowledged clients when they came in the door. She takes your temperature and insures everybody in the facility wear a mask. She along with the rest of the office staff were very polite and helpful. My first PT experience was with Samantha *Sami”. She performed a physical evaluation leading to a good plan. She was a delight to work with. My very first day there, I was detecting and later confirmed that the staff were all good people and worked very well together. They were all very professional and caring. All of the staff were excellent in sanitizing the chairs, beds, and equipment. As I worked with Sami, I confirmed that she has a passion for her profession which is in my opinion separates the good from the excellent. I can’t say enough good things about the employees. It was truly wonderful. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. There was a student that I worked with a few times. She was given positive feedback and encouragement by the full timers. I have no doubt that this student will make a fine physical therapist as she could not have found better role models. I ended up working with all the PTs except one and that one was like the rest (very nice and caring). They arranged through my doctor a couple of extensions as I was afflicted with a “frozen shoulder”. At the end of my sessions I was offered an ice pack or a heat pack. I found that an ice pack seemed best for my shoulder after all the exercises and stretching. I felt like I made friends here and given the option I would go back. These empathetic employees respect each other and all of their clients in my experience.
