What impressed me most about CORA after my knee surgery was first and foremost the attentiveness of the front staff and therapists. Claudia and Kristen were more than accommodating with scheduling my appointments, and explaining my insurance benefits to me, especially after surgery. Amaury and Caitlin are great! When I first came for therapy after surgery I was in a lot of pain, and hesitant to do any exercise in fear of further injury to my knee. After explaining to me the progression of my exercises and what each session would be like, I was no longer fearful and look forward to going to each appointment. I would recommend CORA Stuart to anyone looking for physical therapy needs!
I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Because of the fact that my injury and surgery happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was a little worried about attending any appointments in a medical office, but after seeing the attentiveness to cleaning in between each patient and after use of each piece of equipment, it makes me even happier that I picked CORA.
