Tom Austin is Chief Development Officer at CORA, where he leads mergers and acquisitions, new clinic development, payor strategy, and talent acquisition. He partners closely with executive leadership to drive growth and build the capabilities needed to support CORA’s long-term strategy.
Tom brings deep experience across healthcare strategy, finance, and operations, having held senior leadership roles at multiple leading healthcare companies including Oscar Health. Prior to Oscar, Tom spent several years at EY-Parthenon where he helped lead strategic initiatives for large healthcare organizations and private equity firms.He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Economics and Political Science from Duke University.
