Meet our Team
Senior Clinic Manager
Brooke Martin, PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, VC-Cert
Brooke earned her Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training from Bridgewater College followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Radford University. Brooke is a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer and she enjoys the opportunity to work with a vast population of patients in the Smith Mountain Lake community that she is thankful to call "home" and to promote general wellness and exercise to help her community maximize the amount of life in their years. Brooke's professional specializations include sports medicine and injury rehabilitation, pre and post-operative care, manual therapy, and management of chronic pain. She has also received a specialist certification in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, focusing on patients experiencing vertigo, balance difficulties, and post-concussion symptoms. Brooke believes that a positive attitude, a friendly smile, and "giving it your all" is the recipe for success in every day life, rehabilitation, and community relationships. This character has been evident in Brooke's daily operations of our Hardy clinic for 3+ years and has helped many patients achieve their personal goals with confidence and enthusiasm. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her energetic chocolate labradors, and enjoying the outdoors on the lake.
