Directions
From Interstate 75 N, Emory Road / Powell: Heading north on Emory Road for 5 miles to intersection of Emory Road and Norris Freeway. Turn right and Crossroads Centre is on your left. Clinic is on the Ingles side next to Aaron Rents.
From Fountain City / N. Broadway: Heading north on Broadway / Maynardville Highway. Cross Black Oak Ridge into Halls. Crossroads Centre will be on your left at the intersection of Maynardville highway and Norris Freeway. Take first entrance into shopping center toward Ingles. Clinic is beside Aaron Rents.

Meet our Team
Clinic Manager
Darius Holt Jr, PT, DPT
Darius earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville where he spent three years as a Sports Medicine Intern for the University of Tennessee football program. Following that, Darius earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga. Darius is capable of thorough evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses including both non-operative conditions and post-operative conditions, balance/vestibular disorders, vertigo/dizziness, and concussion management. Darius has a special interest in orthopedics and vertigo. Darius utilizes his skills to focus on improving functional capabilities of his patients and ultimately meeting the individual goals of each of his patients. Outside of the clinic, Darius enjoys spending time with his family, friends, his dog "Knox", and watching anything and everything UT related - Go Vols!!
