Alexandre Franca, PT, MDNc
Alexandre Franca, PT, is a licensed Physical Therapist with over two decades of experience. He holds a specialization in Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation and is certified in both Dry Needling and the Graston Technique. Alexandre brings a global perspective to his care, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently, which allows him to connect easily with a diverse patient population.
Alexandre is highly skilled in advanced treatment techniques, particularly Dry Needling and the Graston Technique, which he uses to address soft tissue dysfunction and accelerate recovery. His clinical expertise spans a broad range of orthopedic cases, including post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and athletic performance care. He also has a strong background in vestibular rehabilitation and balance training, helping patients overcome dizziness, vertigo, and instability. His comprehensive approach ensures patients receive individualized, effective care that supports long-term wellness and functional improvement.
When he's not working with patients, Alexandre enjoys an active and well-rounded lifestyle. He loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, relaxing by the beach, trying new restaurants, and staying fit through sports—especially running. His commitment to wellness both in and out of the clinic reflects his passion for helping others live healthier, more active lives.
