Clinic Manager
James Silvestri PT, cred. MDT, IASTM, FNP
James is a graduate of the LSU School of Allied Health Professions. Since becoming a physical therapist, James has earned certifications in the McKenzie Method (MDT), Functional Dry Needling (FDN), Kinesio Taping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). James is also a certified Pitching Coach and specializes in the shoulder and elbow, having completed more than 30 post-graduate courses. He also excels in treating the spine, knees, and overall wellness to bridge the gap between rehab and lifestyle fitness. At work, James enjoys helping patients experience regional interdependence - the concept that seemingly unrelated impairments in a remote anatomical region may be associated with a patient's primary complaint. James values a healthy lifestyle and believes it's vitally important to quality of life. He is motivated to make a difference in the lives of people with injuries or other impairments. Outside of work, James loves spending time with his wife Sherry, and being outdoors fishing, skiing, and training their Siberian Husky together. The adventurous duo are DIYers and have completed several renovations to their home in Seymour. They are always up for doing new things and stay active through dedicated exercise and hiking.
