Clinic Manager
Mark Martire PT, DPT, ATC, OCS, TPI
Mark Martire is a Physical Therapist and Clinic Manager at CORA Physical Therapy in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Mark earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009 from Sacred Heart University, a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine in 2006 from Quinnipiac University and has completed numerous continuing education courses. He had acted as an adjunct professor for the Doctoral Physical Therapy program at Sacred Heart University from 2009-2020 and has taught several continuing education courses for his peers. Mark is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Titleist Performance Institute Certified and certified in Dry Needling. He has achieved success and is recognized as a leader in the treatment of sport related injuries including concussion management, spine dysfunction, upper and lower extremity pathologies, the overhead athlete and vestibular dysfunction. Mark is a member of the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina as well as the lead outpatient representative on the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand Concussion Task Force. Mark institutes an evidence based approach in the treatment of his patients, utilizing a variety of techniques including manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, and sport/work specific training among others.
Mark has a passion to educate his patients and values getting individuals to maximize their full potential. He enjoys building relationships, all while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Mark is a husband and father of three. He enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid golfer, and loves to take on DIY projects.
